Information you choose to provide
When you contact PKL, you may choose to provide your name, company, contact details, enquiry details, part or service information, and an optional PDF or image of a drawing or part.
How PKL uses it
PKL uses the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, discuss relevant measurement or service options, and maintain the context needed for that conversation.
Service providers and delivery
Cloudflare provides website delivery, security verification, traffic analytics, and encrypted form transport. Google Gmail receives and stores the delivered enquiry in the two verified PKL owner inboxes. Form field contents are not stored in the website CMS or included in the page URL. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not receive form field contents.
Retention
General enquiry records are scheduled for review or deletion 12 months after the last meaningful contact, unless an active quotation, service relationship, legal obligation, or dispute requires longer retention.
