VISPEC · PROGRAMMING · REPORTING

Build a repeatable measurement workflow—not just a machine program.

Connect imaging, lighting, feature extraction, probe strategy, measurement sequence, data and reporting to the real acceptance decision.

01 / WORKFLOW

Seven checkpoints from part loading to quality evidence.

The exact functions available depend on machine family, sensor, software version and licensed options. PKL validates them on the intended configuration.

  1. Define the decisionFeature, datum, tolerance, sampling and report requirement.
  2. Control the partFixture, orientation, cleanliness and deformation risk.
  3. Build the image or probe conditionOptics, lighting, focus, stylus and access.
  4. Create the programFeature extraction, sequence, collision and repeatability.
  5. Run efficientlyBatch, flying or scanning mode where supported.
  6. Review the evidenceMeasured result, traceability and abnormal-condition handling.
  7. Release the reportOutput format and downstream quality-system needs.
02 / CONFIGURATION

Capability is configuration-specific.

Batch measurement, flying measurement, field fusion, chromatic confocal sensing, tactile probing, scanning and 3D workflows are not assumed to exist on every model. They are confirmed in the quotation and technical agreement.

Batch and multiple-workpiece measurement

Validate image registration, fixture stability and cycle time on representative samples.

Field fusion and intelligent extraction

Confirm feature contrast, overlap and calibration under the intended optical condition.

CMM trigger, scanning and articulated probe-system configurations

Trigger and scanning probe paths

Simulate access, stylus length, head angle and collision envelope before release.

VALIDATE WITH THE PART

Turn software features into a controlled inspection process.

Send the drawing, sample description and required report output for an application review.
